Provides administrative and organisational support to the Technical team across product development and buying processes. Responsibilities include coordinating samples, fittings, supplier visits and meetings; maintaining compliance records and critical-path documentation; supporting inspections and testing; managing reports, invoices, supplier setup, systems and training documentation; and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Provides flexible support in a luxury beauty retail store during the festive period. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product recommendations, operating tills, replenishing stock, supporting gift wrapping and seasonal activities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, promoting rewards initiatives, and collaborating across store teams during peak trading.

The role is a four-week fixed-term position requiring availability during the festive trading period, including weekends and peak days.
