Coordinate the Drybar salon front of house, greeting clients, managing appointments and salon flow, handling enquiries and transactions, promoting services and products, maintaining records and presentation standards, supporting hygiene protocols, and gathering client feedback. The role requires a highly organised, client-focused individual with strong communication skills and experience in a salon, spa, or health club environment.

Create social-first digital content and creative assets for organic and paid social channels. Develop motion graphics, edit video, adapt templates, and create bespoke campaign solutions while maintaining a premium brand identity. Collaborate with creative, content, and cross-functional teams, using audience insights, performance data, and social trends to optimize visual storytelling and engagement across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.

Support and manage production and non-production application environments, own deployment pipelines, triage incidents in ITSM, improve CI/CD, collaborate across teams, and ensure monitoring, security, and performance best practices.
