Lead and support campus-wide wired, wireless, and voice network infrastructure. Provide end-to-end configuration and support for partner networks, enforce cabling and M&E standards, monitor power/UPS and environmental conditions, and perform advanced troubleshooting. Manage and coach a team, drive operational excellence, and translate technical details for diverse stakeholders.

Lead evaluation, design and optimisation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, lead cross-functional projects, run workshops, analyse HR data, ensure data integrity, compliance and controls, and partner with HR, IT, Payroll and Workday teams.

Create, maintain and approve accurate ingredient, packaging, and product specifications to meet safety, legal and quality standards. Support suppliers and internal stakeholders through the product lifecycle, resolve specification system queries, ensure compliance with labelling and legislation, and deliver specifications on critical timelines for product launches.
