Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines, data marts, enterprise data platforms, and ETL processes. Integrates diverse data sources, improves data quality and performance, and supports secure analytics infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Develops Tableau and Power BI dashboards, collaborates with cybersecurity and cross-functional teams, manages project deliverables, documents processes, and trains team members on data organization and interpretation.

Participate in transaction activity by performing financial modeling and analysis, conducting industry research and due diligence, preparing investment committee materials, and supporting senior professionals to execute and close real estate investments during a two-and-a-half-year analyst program.

Support origination, underwriting, and execution of real estate credit investments across sectors. Build financial models and sensitivities, perform due diligence and market research, present investment recommendations, coordinate transactions, and support portfolio monitoring and asset management.
