Manage real estate debt financing transactions from origination through closing, including lender outreach, structuring, negotiations, diligence, and documentation. Oversee existing debt portfolios, maturities, covenants, refinancings, restructurings, and capital optimization. Prepare financing analyses and portfolio reports, advise acquisition and asset management teams, support fund-level financing initiatives, and maintain lender and broker relationships.

Support real estate equity acquisitions and credit originations through financial modeling, valuation, sensitivity analysis, market research, asset-level diligence, and transaction execution. Prepare investment committee materials, present underwriting assumptions and risks, and coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, operators, and other stakeholders from sourcing through closing. Conduct sector research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
