Lead architectural design for corporate, industrial, government, and educational projects. Develop schematic designs, specifications, and production documentation while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Manage project budgets, fee estimates, and schedules. Support proposals and presentations, develop client relationships, and provide project leadership using strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Designs and leads architectural projects from concept through completion. Evaluates cost-effective solutions, applies building codes and architectural standards, manages schedules and budgets, coordinates teams, contractors, and clients, and oversees multiple projects under tight deadlines. Requires registration, substantial post-licensure design experience, project leadership, advanced building code knowledge, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Design electrical systems and construction documents for diverse building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits and construction observations, apply applicable codes, manage project schedules and budgets, support proposals and presentations, and mentor junior staff.
