Ride pens to identify, sort, pull, and move sick, injured, or stray cattle for treatment or harvest. Record pulled animals, assist with receiving/shipping, maintain horse/tack cleanliness, and follow safety and animal welfare policies.

Provide end-user support for phones, PCs, conferencing, and related hardware; monitor ticket queues; assist with server administration in an ESXi environment (email, print, SQL, Exchange, IIS, RDS, backups); install/configure/troubleshoot hardware and software; document procedures and support staff training.
