Manages the District’s IT department, including infrastructure, technical support, cybersecurity, vendors, budgets, policies, disaster recovery, and technology projects. Ensures reliable systems supporting 24/7 emergency medical and communications operations. Leads security risk management, incident response, compliance, service delivery, staffing, and strategic technology planning while coordinating integrations with public safety, healthcare, and external agency partners.

Coordinates community outreach, public relations, educational programs, CPR courses, recruitment outreach, and community events. Manages staffing, vendors, logistics, promotional materials, communications, stakeholder relationships, budgets, inventory, and event documentation. Partners with public information, HR, clinical, and operations teams; tracks participation, expenses, and outcomes. Provides community presentations and supports advocacy initiatives while maintaining records and communications.
