Supports trade and hardcover book marketing campaigns through ad tagline development, giveaways, social video and graphic creation, media placement booking, influencer research and outreach, digital ad tracking, invoice assistance, and distribution of advance reading copies and promotional packages. Participates in imprint meetings, author calls, and brainstorming sessions while gaining broad exposure to publishing marketing.

Supports the Canada Sales team by preparing catalogues and order forms, presenting titles to accounts, conducting sales research and analysis, placing orders, assisting with sales conferences and trade shows, completing book mailings, and conducting account outreach and store visits. The intern collaborates across publishing departments and uses digital platforms and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
