Owns cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, AI tooling, SRE, and production support for a rapidly scaling engineering organization. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, troubleshooting across databases, networking, compute, Docker, and Kubernetes, while building a platform team from two to five or six people. Responsibilities also include establishing on-call, SLA, SLO, and broader SRE practices, recruiting team members, and expanding infrastructure, developer productivity, and production support functions.

Own the Growth engineering organization, including lead acquisition across web, aggregators, social, paid, and organic channels, plus intake capacity through policy completion. Manage and grow the team from five to approximately ten engineers, provide career development, architect scalable Voice AI systems, partner with marketing, sales, and operations, remain hands-on with architecture and coding, and lead hiring in a high-growth environment.

Lead and build partner distribution channels that place insurance at mandatory customer moments. Close initial marquee partners, design economics, attribution, contracts and playbooks, measure partner-sourced outcomes, and hire and scale a team once the motion is proven. Operate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and ops; be hands-on in deal execution and metrics reporting to the CEO.
