Administers weekly multi-state payroll, payroll tax filings, deductions, garnishments, benefits, certified payroll, and employee records. Reconciles payroll with general ledger and bank accounts, prepares tax reports, handles agency notices and audits, maintains PTO and leave balances, answers employee questions, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The role also supports payroll system setup, corrections, reporting, and cross-training.

Leads and develops project administrative staff while overseeing construction contract administration, compliance, financial controls, documentation, and administrative systems. Manages Procore, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, reporting, audits, governance standards, process improvements, and staff training. Reviews budgets, commitments, contracts, payroll compliance, tax submissions, and performance data, presenting findings to leadership. The role supports operational alignment across divisions and requires occasional regional or job-site travel.
