Teams at Harper Auto Wash

Lead growth marketing and sales enablement for a multi-location luxury car wash. Own membership acquisition and retention, CRM/email/SMS campaigns, driveway sales messaging, local marketing, SEO, social, reputation, signage, content, and new-location launch plans. Track KPIs tied to membership growth, churn, conversion, campaign ROI, and customer experience while coordinating with operations, store teams, vendors, and leadership.

Greet customers, provide friendly service, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, perform vehicle safety checks, and clean interiors (windows, vacuum, tire shine). Maintain equipment, follow procedures, lift up to 20 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather. Part-time role with opportunity to specialize in sales, tunnel operations, or interior cleaning.

Greet customers, explain wash packages, promote and sell Unlimited Pass memberships, assist customers at paystations, and represent the brand with energetic, friendly customer service in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment.
