Greet and assist customers, explain services and memberships, safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, perform vehicle inspections and spot-sprays, maintain equipment and cleanliness, follow company procedures, and work on-foot in all weather while lifting up to 20 lbs. Part-time role focused on friendly, high-energy customer service and basic sales at paystations.

Lead growth marketing and sales enablement for a multi-location luxury car wash. Own membership acquisition and retention, CRM/email/SMS campaigns, driveway sales messaging, local marketing, SEO, social, reputation, signage, content, and new-location launch plans. Track KPIs tied to membership growth, churn, conversion, campaign ROI, and customer experience while coordinating with operations, store teams, vendors, and leadership.

Greet customers, explain and promote wash packages and Unlimited Pass memberships, assist customers in selecting plans, create a positive sales-driven experience at paystations, and represent the brand with energy and professionalism.
