Hands-on Assistant Manager responsible for leading car wash staff, maintaining premium site operations, growing memberships and vehicle volume, controlling labor and operating costs, ensuring safe vehicle handling, coordinating equipment maintenance, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role includes scheduling, payroll support, team coaching, quality control, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, reporting, and maintaining clean, efficient tunnel and interior cleaning operations.

Provides friendly customer service at a car wash, explains unlimited memberships, answers questions, safely guides vehicles into the wash tunnel, performs vehicle inspections and pre-wash spraying, and maintains equipment and work areas. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting at least 20 pounds, working outdoors in all weather, following safety procedures, and holding a driver's license.

Greet customers, explain car wash packages, promote unlimited membership passes, assist customers in selecting plans, and create a positive, sales-driven experience at paystations while representing the brand.
