Own retention, renewals, and expansion across strategic enterprise B2B software accounts. Manage account plans, adoption, customer initiatives, risks, stakeholder relationships, partner coordination, contracts, and internal technical resources. Lead pilots, migrations, upgrades, and rollouts with structured project-management practices. Identify expansion opportunities, prepare customer communications and business reviews, and provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing.

Forward Deployed Engineers embed with enterprise customers to design, build, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot platform solutions. They lead technical discovery and presales conversations, write production code and automation, enable technology partners, support incidents and on-call rotations, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. The role requires deep enterprise experience, strong communication, hands-on development skills, AI fluency, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to advise executives and technical stakeholders.
