Paid summer internship rotating across insurance operations, commercial and personal lines, employee benefits, sales support, claims coordination, marketing, data analytics, IT, HR, communications, and finance. Responsibilities include shadowing professionals, assisting with projects and administrative tasks, supporting client service and reporting, and gaining exposure to insurance workflows and professional services.

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients. Coordinate renewals, RFPs, carrier marketing, proposals, enrollments, plan changes, implementations, and policy updates. Prepare benefit presentations, guides, and enrollment materials; compare plans and rates; maintain Applied Epic records; and collaborate with Account Executives, carriers, and internal teams. Support client retention and identify opportunities to provide additional value while staying current on benefits products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Advise and manage midsize-to-large commercial clients through the full advisory lifecycle: assess exposures, prepare placement and renewal strategies, analyze loss trends and MOD, cultivate carrier relationships, grow revenue, and ensure retention through proactive service and collaboration with internal teams.
