Coordinates grant administration across applications, agreements, payments, reporting, compliance, and closeout. Maintains accurate Salesforce grant records, prepares reports and correspondence, responds to applicant and grantee inquiries, supports financial tracking and reconciliations, and assists with operational projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is hybrid, with at least 60% onsite work in Agawam, Massachusetts.

The Creative Project Manager coordinates print, digital, web, video, email, and other marketing projects. They serve as the liaison between marketing and internal teams, translate goals into actionable plans, manage timelines and stakeholders, coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensure quality through proofreading and brand-guideline review. The role also supports photoshoots, marketing tool rollouts, project prioritization, risk identification, and campaign execution.

Coordinate JCamp 180 programs, grants, and consulting services: manage project timelines, logistics, budgets, vendor invoices, participant communications, Salesforce and SharePoint data, conference planning, and grant administration while supporting consultants and the Director.
