Teams at Harness

Own technical customer implementations and adoption programs for Harness AppSec products. Provide hands-on architecture, consulting, troubleshooting, and optimization across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, and application security environments. Develop account success plans, analyze usage and churn risks, conduct business reviews, advise customer leadership, and communicate feedback to product and engineering teams. Build reference architectures and enablement content while driving ongoing customer value realization.

Pre-sales technical lead supporting sales by delivering demos, driving technical evaluations, debugging customer issues, mapping business needs to Harness solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and coordinating with engineering. Requires cloud and infrastructure automation knowledge and the ability to travel within a sales territory.

Own enterprise customer technical cases from triage through resolution, troubleshooting Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, cloud infrastructure, deployments, connectivity, and CI/CD issues. Perform root-cause analysis, lead customer calls, build diagnostic scripts and tooling, contribute small product fixes, and document reusable runbooks. The role also includes occasional customer build engagements and collaboration with Product and Engineering.
