Embed with customers as a hands-on technical partner to design, implement, and optimize multi-module DevSecOps and CI/CD solutions using Harness. Drive platform adoption, lead implementations and enablement, provide strategic advisory, analyze usage to optimize delivery, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence product and expansion.

Lead engineering team building the Harness Cloud platform powering CI: architect, scale, secure, and operate distributed cloud infrastructure across VMs, Kubernetes, and bare-metal. Partner with PM, SRE, and Principal Engineers; run incident response, postmortems, observability, and mentor engineers to improve reliability, performance, and developer productivity.

Responsible for driving and closing enterprise deals, managing full sales cycle, collaborating with teams, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
