Provide nursing care to assisted living residents including medication administration, ongoing assessments, documentation, emergency response, supervision of CNAs/RMAs, meal support, participation in activities, and adherence to policies and trainings.

Provide nursing care to assisted living residents following physician orders and care plans. Manage medication administration, assess and document resident condition, coordinate care, supervise CNAs/RMAs, assist with meals and activities, respond to emergencies, attend trainings/CEUs, and follow policies and safety/transfer procedures.

Lead all internal and external marketing to drive census for a senior living community. Develop and execute marketing plans, train staff on inquiry handling and customer service, manage lead tracking and reports, host events, build community and media relationships, oversee move-in and admissions processes, and respond to resident/family concerns.
