Directs daily operations of a dementia-focused senior living neighborhood, supervising staff, coordinating resident care, developing wellness programs, planning outings, managing care plans, and communicating with residents, families, and clinical teams. The role also oversees training, huddles, dining coordination, behavioral interventions, support groups, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while promoting a safe, engaging, person-centered environment.

Supports sales operations and referral partner management by tracking leads, auditing performance, maintaining vendor records, coordinating communications, reconciling invoices, reviewing contracts, preparing reports, updating CRM records, managing listings and reviews, and assisting with outreach events and customer service.

Serves meals and beverages courteously to residents and guests, assists with menu orders and tray service, resets and cleans dining areas, maintains supplies, reports damaged equipment, and supports residents with special needs. The role requires following simple instructions, effective communication, physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, teamwork, good hygiene, and availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
