Own customer relationships from contract signing through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and account growth. Develop training materials, provide ongoing support, identify customer needs, and translate feedback for Product, Design, and Engineering. Establish customer success processes, define end-user support, and build and lead a support team. The role requires exceptional communication, independent ownership, sound judgment, and comfort working with AI tools in an early-stage startup.

Own Harmony’s design system, including visual language, components, tokens, patterns, and documentation. Design and prototype user experiences, conduct user testing, collaborate with product and engineering, and ship frontend changes independently. The role focuses primarily on UX and product design, with some coding in Next.js, React, and TypeScript. You will simplify high-stakes service access experiences, improve product usability, and contribute to design reviews and product strategy.

Own Harmony’s product decisions and day-to-day product quality across current and future offerings. Research customer and regulatory needs, identify bugs and opportunities, prototype and ship solutions using agentic tools, write PRDs and tickets, support customers, run standups, remove blockers, and establish processes for a small team. The role also helps shape expansion into public benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and WIC.
