Teams at Harmony

Prospect, qualify, and follow up on high-volume cold leads to generate sales-ready meetings; run discovery, multi-thread accounts, and deliver clean handoffs to AEs while using Harmony's sales tech stack and hitting quota in a fast-moving environment.

Own and build the end-to-end cloud infrastructure and developer platform: infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, observability, FinOps, security, and AI-powered DevOps automation to improve reliability, cost, and developer experience.

Act as first-line technical support for customers via email, chat, and ticketing. Troubleshoot platform configuration, integrations, and errors; reproduce and escalate bugs to Engineering. Maintain knowledge base and runbooks, monitor system health, and report support trends to inform product improvements.
