Analyze large-scale IT service data and build semantic analysis, NLP, and LLM-based systems. Design experiments and evaluation frameworks, assess model performance, and convert research into production features. Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to define opportunities, ship models, monitor results, and communicate findings through documentation, dashboards, and demos.

Lead complex software projects from design through production, building full-stack applications, microservices, and agentic AI systems. Collaborate with product managers and customers, integrate LLMs, monitor production services, respond to incidents, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions. The role requires strong ownership, operational awareness, and experience with Kubernetes, AWS, AI agents, tool use, RAG, and evaluations in B2B SaaS environments.

Build and lead Harmony’s revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Deal Desk. Own Salesforce architecture, GTM systems, forecasting, pipeline management, territory and compensation planning, marketing attribution, customer health reporting, deal workflows, executive reporting, and AI-powered automation. Establish reliable data standards, integrations, dashboards, and processes while partnering with executive leadership to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
