Own post-sale technical relationships for a portfolio of customers: drive adoption, troubleshoot integrations and configuration, monitor customer health, reproduce and escalate bugs, build dashboards and runbooks, collaborate on onboarding, and surface product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Own and build the end-to-end cloud infrastructure and developer platform: infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, observability, FinOps, security, and AI-powered DevOps automation to improve reliability, cost, and developer experience.

Own product strategy and roadmap for a core Harmony platform area. Partner with customers, Engineering, Design, and GTM to discover, build, launch, and optimize AI-driven agents and automation for enterprise service workflows.
