Supports pricing operations for Center Store and Fresh Foods by managing surveys, vendor files, item setup, pricing changes, reports, recipes, allergens, and scale-system data. Ensures pricing accuracy, processes new items, validates survey information, communicates reset details, assists with system testing and upgrades, and provides support to stores, vendors, and internal teams. Rotating weekend on-call availability is required for help desk requests.

Supports store associates through group interviews, onboarding, orientation, training, employee issue resolution, reporting, scheduling, payroll assistance, and policy administration. Manages applicants in the tracking system, coordinates meetings and classes, distributes reports, orders supplies, supports safety initiatives, and assists the Store Director. Requires daily interaction with associates and customers, with full availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
