The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing the sales process, and providing customer feedback to improve products.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for ~80 clients: manage onboarding, drive activation, upsells, and renewals; surface customer needs to product; forecast revenue; refine processes; deliver highly responsive, technically-informed support to leading venture investors.

Founding iOS engineer to own end-to-end development of Harmonic's first iOS app: design and ship polished, AI-native mobile experiences, set architecture, testing and CI/CD, create reusable components, and mentor future mobile hires.
