Provides day-to-day investor services for hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment accounts. Processes and reviews subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and securities transactions; maintains investor registers and client records; performs KYC and AML checks; verifies regulatory documentation under FATCA, OFAC, and AIFMD; responds to investor and portfolio manager inquiries; and supports accurate reporting and data integrity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Provides investor servicing for hedge fund accounts, including transaction processing, cash management, AML and KYC reviews, investor eligibility verification, regulatory documentation, reconciliations, wire setup, records maintenance, and client communication. The role also trains investor services staff and conducts performance reviews while ensuring accurate, timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.

Responsible for administering complex investment funds, including portfolio valuation, NAV calculations, reconciliations, fee and investor allocations, financial reporting, audits, AML compliance, and investor communications. The role also supports client relationship management, new business conversions, system development, quality assurance testing, and special projects while meeting strict reporting deadlines.
