Manages a portfolio operations team responsible for securities processing, reconciliations, loan transactions, fund accounting, reporting, and client deliverables. Oversees issue resolution, settlement operations, valuation integrity, transparency reporting, process improvements, staffing, performance reviews, recruiting, and training. Requires expertise in complex securities, derivatives, alternative investments, portfolio valuation, custody, and offshore financial services, along with advanced Excel and FM3 experience.

Oversee portfolio operations, including securities transaction processing, pricing, corporate actions, reconciliations, loan processing, fund accounting, reporting, and settlement issue resolution. Manage Operations staff, allocate resources, conduct performance reviews, support recruiting and training, ensure client deliverables, investigate reconciliation breaks, maintain valuation integrity, and improve operating processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational risks and collaborate with brokers, investment managers, accountants, trading counterparties, and other stakeholders.
