Coordinate Harmeny's Here4U service to support care-experienced young people up to age 25. Develop and maintain transition plans, evaluate intervention impact, build and manage networks of former pupils and families, organise events and steering groups, maintain secure communications and social media, collate and report data for stakeholders, and contribute to policy and practice development within a trauma-informed residential childcare setting.
