Support the Indirect E-Commerce team by performing ad hoc analyses, building and maintaining reports, exploring AI and modern analytics tools, and communicating data-driven insights to commercial and marketing stakeholders.

Support engineering efforts to define and implement lean production practices. Assist with process analysis, identify waste and improvement opportunities, collect and analyze production data, and participate in continuous improvement projects under engineering guidance.

Lead sourcing and procurement for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects: drive RFQs and supplier selection, purchase materials for prototypes and mass production, manage material readiness, control product costs, coordinate tooling and trade compliance (USMCA), report status, escalate risks, and support cross-functional NPI gates.
