Develop cost and life-cycle CO2e assessment models, set design-to-cost and CO2e reduction targets, analyze supplier quotes, support procurement negotiations, build cost engineering infrastructure, drive category strategy and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and suppliers to reduce cost and emissions.

Drives enterprise AI adoption through change management, training pathways, learning programs, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement. Develops AI enablement standards, change playbooks, communication plans, workshops, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Partners with business, HR, technology, communications, and transformation teams to address adoption barriers, improve workforce readiness, and sustain behavioral change across the organization.

Develop and operate HARMAN’s enterprise AI platform, including cloud-native services, APIs, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes. Implement MLOps and LLMOps capabilities for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, governance, and lifecycle management. Ensure security, scalability, reliability, observability, and performance while troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with architecture, data, security, and engineering teams.
