Plans and leads exhibit and event installation, dismantle, logistics, staffing, budgets, transportation, equipment, and on-site operations. Directs cross-functional and union teams, enforces safety requirements, coordinates vendors and internal departments, manages schedules and labor, and serves as the primary operational leader through project completion. Completes post-event evaluations and supports continuous improvement. Requires frequent travel, irregular hours, and work across office, venue, warehouse, and outdoor environments.

Manages production projects from proposal through closure, including budgets, work breakdown structures, schedules, fabrication coordination, technical drawings, procurement, logistics, quality, and post-event reviews. Produces small to medium exhibits, events, experiential marketing projects, installations, and tradeshows while supporting larger projects. Coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves production issues, conducts site surveys, manages subcontracted materials, and ensures projects meet safety, timeline, cost, creative, and quality objectives.

Creates and delivers high-quality visual designs for event branding, digital and social media, print, presentations, video, LED, and projection surfaces. Develops logos, presentation templates, and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborates with creative, production, and multidisciplinary teams, manages overlapping deadlines, organizes media assets, maintains project data, and communicates proactively with stakeholders.
