Partner with Digital leadership to design and deliver people strategies supporting digital transformation. Lead ER, organisational design, workforce planning, talent and capability programs, use people analytics to inform decisions, coach leaders, and drive culture and performance improvements across digital teams.

Provide first-line IT support to users: troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage and prioritize tickets, escalate complex problems, document incidents, and assist with user account access and device setup while delivering excellent customer service.

Build and run AWS cloud-native full‑stack applications using TypeScript and React. Create automated unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests, maintain CI/CD and IaC, document solutions, support existing applications, participate in cross‑functional Agile teams, perform code reviews, and advocate continuous improvement in quality, security, performance and delivery practices.
