Coordinates supportive services, caregiver programs, and benefits navigation for caregivers, individuals with disabilities, and priority populations. Responsibilities include participant intake, referrals, outreach, education, service coordination, case documentation, grant compliance, reporting, and collaboration with internal and fiscal teams. The role maintains accurate records, tracks service utilization, provides community resources, and supports individuals and families through difficult situations.

Provides legal advice and representation to Harford County’s Executive Branch, departments, agencies, boards, and commissions. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, legislation, regulations, policies, pleadings, and real estate documents; representing the County in administrative, state, and federal proceedings; and advising on governmental, employment, land use, zoning, contract, civil rights, and related legal matters.

Prosecutes felony criminal cases in Circuit Court, including investigating cases, advising law enforcement, reviewing warrants, screening charges, completing discovery, preparing trials, litigating motions, conducting jury selection, presenting cases to grand juries, and handling victims, witnesses, and post-conviction proceedings. Applies Maryland criminal law, rules of evidence, and criminal procedure.
