Investigates, prepares, and prosecutes misdemeanor criminal cases in Harford County District Court. Responsibilities include screening cases, trial litigation, handling pretrial, bail review, and post-verdict hearings, drafting prosecution pleadings, and preparing victims and witnesses for court appearances under the supervision of the State’s Attorney.

Performs accounting and financial administration for Harford County Government, including preparing financial statements, budgets, reports, invoices, cash receipts, and property-transfer documents. Processes accounting transactions, payments, and bills; maintains financial records and work papers; researches billing accuracy; and ensures compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and governmental reporting standards. May supervise accounting and clerical staff.
