Processes and manages library materials, including purchasing, receiving, invoicing, barcoding, RFID tagging, labeling, vendor transactions, and records maintenance. Provides customer service, basic circulation assistance, database and spreadsheet tracking, and clerical support to Materials Management and Technical Services staff. Requires accurate recordkeeping, attention to detail, computer proficiency, flexibility for varied shifts, and occasional travel to branches or outside locations.
