Processes deposit operations activities including wires, ACH, EFT, ATM and debit card transactions, exception items, account maintenance, reconciliations, suspicious transactions and online banking profiles. Provides customer and team support through multiple communication channels, resolves or escalates issues, maintains documentation, and ensures accurate, timely processing while meeting regulatory and service standards.

Assist the Controller with daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, regulatory and SEC reporting, budget and ALM support, payroll and investment accounting, month-end close tasks, and preparation of periodic regulatory filings and financial statements.
