Coordinates revisions, documentation, installation plans, permit tracking, project status updates, and communication among clients and internal teams. Conducts local site walks and ensures accurate, timely project delivery.

Leads safety, health, and environmental programs across a Houston manufacturing facility, office, and field-installation sites. Responsibilities include developing policies and training, conducting audits and hazard analyses, investigating incidents, managing OSHA and ANSI compliance, maintaining documentation, tracking safety metrics, and implementing corrective actions. The role also provides field support through site visits, safety walks, and toolbox talks, with up to 25% local travel.

The HR Manager leads employee relations, HR compliance, policy development, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, organizational design, HR records, and HRIS reporting.
