Owns Fieldwire as the central system for installation projects, maintaining plans, tasks, punch lists, RFIs, photos, reports, and documentation. Supports field and office teams, coordinates project data across departments, trains users, enforces standards, identifies data gaps, and improves processes. Requires strong attention to detail, construction project coordination experience, software proficiency, and occasional jobsite visits.

Manage custom architectural signage projects from design and engineering handoff through manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and installation. Responsibilities include coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors; controlling budgets, profit margins, purchase orders, timelines, permits, compliance, documentation, and project risks. The role also requires reviewing technical drawings and contracts, maintaining digital job files, and coordinating complex multi-site installations.

Designs architectural signage from initial concepts through fabrication-ready shop drawings. Develops visual identities, wayfinding systems, scaled layouts, material specifications, mounting details, and electrical requirements. Ensures designs comply with ADA and local codes and are optimized for CNC, cutting, printing, and etching equipment. Coordinates with sales, production, and art leadership, manages multiple projects, conducts site surveys, and supports safe, efficient manufacturing and installation.
