Lead and manage a civil engineering office: oversee design projects, coordinate disciplines, manage office operations and staffing, mentor junior staff, perform project management, support business development and proposals, maintain client relationships, and participate in local professional organizations.

Provide traffic signal, signing, and pavement marking design; perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses and traffic impact studies using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic; prepare engineering documents and reports; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; perform QC; support regional offices and mentor junior staff; assist with client proposals and marketing as needed.

Assist in design and development of conceptual and final highway, roadway, interchange, drainage, traffic control, signing, and ADA-compliant facility plans using civil design software.
