Lead technical and staff management for traffic engineering and transportation planning projects across the New York metro area. Oversee traffic analyses, signal and roadway design, traffic impact and safety studies, multimodal and mobility initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, mentor junior staff, manage budgets/schedules, and support business development and client relations.

Lead project accounting across the project life cycle: set and monitor budgets, produce invoicing and backup, post transactions, review unbilled costs, support audits, advise Project Managers on financial status and contract issues, mentor junior staff, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Manage delivery of medium to moderately complex civil infrastructure projects: define scope, schedule, budget; supervise project teams; track deliverables and finances; ensure compliance with Quality Management Plan and firm technical policies; coordinate proposals, stakeholders, and local transit clients.
