Lead technical and staff management for traffic engineering and transportation planning projects across the New York metro area. Oversee traffic analyses, signal and roadway design, traffic impact and safety studies, multimodal and mobility initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, mentor junior staff, manage budgets/schedules, and support business development and client relations.

Support and execute compliance and QA audits across active engineering projects, track and report KPI data, coordinate corrective actions with senior management and project teams, contribute to continuous improvement of quality management and training efforts.

Designs, inspects, and evaluates electrical systems for movable and transportation infrastructure. Prepares calculations, design plans, and construction documents using AutoCAD/MicroStation, performs field inspections, documents conditions and recommendations, applies NEC/AASHTO/AREMA/MUTCD standards, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
