Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of mechanical construction projects in the semiconductor sector. Manage project teams, field labor, client relationships, stakeholders, schedules, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Provide progress updates and status reports while ensuring successful project outcomes and adherence to budget and schedule.

Manages construction safety for semiconductor manufacturing projects by inspecting jobsites, equipment, and materials; investigating incidents; conducting training and toolbox talks; developing job hazard analyses; assessing PPE; and correcting hazardous conditions. Serves as the on-site Competent Person, advises field supervision on safety practices, ensures compliance with OSHA and local regulations, and oversees assigned safety professionals.

Plans, schedules, and executes assigned construction scopes while coordinating field labor, reviewing drawings, resolving engineering constraints, monitoring progress and quality, preparing work packages and estimates, maintaining project records, and supporting project managers. The role also involves mentoring new engineers, communicating with suppliers, designers, owners, and field crews, and traveling to regional projects. It is an entry point to a project management career in mechanical construction.
