Provides administrative and office support for the Arizona construction team, including onboarding new hires, data entry, document control, scheduling, reception, communications, filing, timecard and training coordination, material purchasing, and purchase order tracking. The role is fully on-site in Phoenix and requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports construction site safety through hazard identification, job walks, inspections, incident prevention, safety documentation, toolbox talks, training, PPE assessments, and corrective actions. The role works with project managers, supervisors, and craft employees to promote safe work planning and compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements. It includes structured training, early starts, extended shifts, and occasional weekend or additional shift coverage.

Manages construction safety for a data center project, including jobsite inspections, incident prevention and investigation, hazard analyses, PPE assessments, regulatory compliance, employee training, toolbox talks, and corrective actions. Serves as the site Competent Person, advises project leadership and field personnel on hazardous work activities, and oversees assigned safety professionals.
