Supports an in-house software development and IT team serving construction project teams. Duties include application and project setup, user support, basic QuickBase development, Windows computer builds, IT equipment deployment, inventory assistance, and printer/copier configuration. Requires organization, communication, flexibility to travel or relocate during the work term, and a valid driver’s license. The position is fully in person and intended to provide entry-level software development and IT experience.

Provides administrative and office support for the Arizona construction team, including onboarding new hires, data entry, document control, scheduling, reception, communications, filing, timecard and training coordination, material purchasing, and purchase order tracking. The role is fully on-site in Phoenix and requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supports day-to-day accounting for multiple offices and construction projects by maintaining financial records, preparing reconciliations, filing sales and use tax returns, assisting with financial reporting, analyzing business operations, performing audits, and improving processes. The role also provides support across payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.
