Harc, Inc.

Harc, Inc. is a Greater Hartford nonprofit providing lifelong, person-centered support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, related disabilities, and their families. Founded by parents in 1951, it advocates for inclusion, dignity, and quality of life through community-based services spanning birth through adulthood. Programs include day, residential, employment, and children’s services, along with enrichment and family supports that help people pursue fulfilling, independent lives.
