Lead APAC recruitment and manage end-to-end hiring in Workday, including job postings, interviews, reference/background checks, offers, and onboarding. Provide HR business partner advisory and administer APAC payroll (vendor liaison, reporting, schedules). Maintain HRIS records, run orientations, support benefits enrollment, and handle confidential HR documentation.

Evaluate primary fund investment opportunities across Asia (VC, Growth, PE) through due diligence, performance benchmarking, underwriting, and manager research. Monitor existing partnerships, prepare investment memoranda, track market trends, and support fundraising and client reporting.

Support end-to-end oversight of private equity funds, including preparing and reviewing quarterly NAVs, reconciliations, investment valuations, capital account statements, and audited financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS). Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with governing documents, respond to ad hoc client requests, and identify process improvements to enhance controls, scalability, and data quality.
