Sell luxury outdoor furniture while supporting showroom operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer outreach, and post-sale follow-up. Build relationships with designers, architects, realtors, and clients, handle orders and delivery issues, maintain showroom appearance, attend trainings, and provide exceptional phone and email customer service.

Manage end-to-end order journeys from purchase order to delivery for trade, contract, and hospitality clients. Process orders and quotes in NetSuite, coordinate COM and custom/made-to-order workflows, track production and shipping milestones, liaise with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, sales, and finance, handle changes/refunds, and escalate at-risk projects to leadership.
