Promote Harbour’s outdoor furniture products throughout an assigned Queensland territory, solicit orders, develop new accounts, and manage client relationships. Provide after-sale customer service, coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory, follow pricing and sales policies, report market activity, and support account credit information and collections. The role operates independently as an independent contractor and is compensated through commissions based on net sales.

Maintains Shopify storefronts, product data, metadata, themes, third-party apps, and integrations. Troubleshoots storefront and data synchronization issues, supports ERP and marketing platform connections, creates recurring e-commerce reports, and documents configurations and processes. The role involves basic Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, and potentially Node.js development while coordinating technical issues with nontechnical stakeholders.

Develops and grows luxury trade business within an assigned territory by building relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and other design professionals. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, presentations, client meetings, product demonstrations, CRM pipeline management, product expertise, sales reviews, and frequent territory travel. Attendance at High Point Market twice yearly is required.
