Grow Harbour’s luxury trade business within an assigned territory by developing relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, landscape architects, and other trade professionals. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, presentations, and field activity; manage the sales pipeline in CRM; conduct client meetings and product presentations; build product expertise; attend weekly sales meetings; and travel frequently, including required attendance at High Point Market each spring and fall.

Sell luxury outdoor furniture while supporting showroom operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer outreach, and post-sale follow-up. Build relationships with designers, architects, realtors, and clients, handle orders and delivery issues, maintain showroom appearance, attend trainings, and provide exceptional phone and email customer service.
