Directs sales and occupancy development for a senior living community through networking, lead management, prospect follow-up, tours, closing, and move-in coordination. Builds relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community organizations; tracks vacancies and competitors; reports sales performance; supports sales staff; and assists families throughout the transition process. Requires occasional evenings and weekends, leadership, sales closing ability, regulatory awareness, and knowledge of senior living services.

Maintains knowledge of services, competitors, inventory, and regulations; reports sales performance; supports families during transitions; and provides direction to sales staff. Requires occasional evening and weekend availability, leadership, compliance knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Directs internal IT operations for approximately 200 associates across 18 communities and a corporate office. Provides hands-on help desk, hardware, networking, telecommunications, mobile device, connectivity, onboarding, and offboarding support. Manages IT assets, procurement, vendors, contracts, licenses, and technology expenses. Coordinates infrastructure, cybersecurity, system upgrades, and technology installations for new communities, renovations, and acquisitions while partnering with external IT providers.
