Provide prompt, pleasant dining service to community residents, follow dietary instructions, maintain dining room cleanliness and safety, assist food preparation and sanitation, obtain and store supplies, and complete required safety and training procedures.

Supports planning and delivery of community activities for senior residents, including calendars, newsletters, outings, supplies, participation tracking, and parallel programming. Encourages resident engagement and independence, protects privacy, promotes safety, and may transport residents to activities. Requires collaboration with residents, families, associates, and management, plus completion of required training and background screening.

Coordinates and facilitates activities, outings, newsletters, and recreational programming for senior residents. Encourages participation while supporting independence, safety, privacy, and resident rights. Assists with supplies, activity calendars, participation tracking, parallel programming, and transportation when needed. Communicates with residents, families, associates, management, and external contacts. Requires a high school diploma; experience in social or recreational programs and knowledge of Alzheimer’s dementia are preferred.
