Lead and manage daily operations of assisted/independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. Ensure regulatory compliance, resident care quality, budget and P&L oversight, staffing, safety, marketing/occupancy, and vendor management while fostering positive resident, family, and associate relations.

Provide prompt, pleasant dining service to community residents, follow dietary and safety guidelines, assist with food prep and dining setup, maintain cleanliness, observe infection-control and safety procedures, and perform related dining-room duties.

Plan, coordinate, and run community activities for senior residents, encourage participation, assist with outings, track activity participation, order supplies, support Parallel Programming, and follow resident privacy and safety policies.
