Drives new customer acquisition and sales growth across the Tahoe, Truckee, and Carson City territory. Identifies and converts retail prospects, develops relationships with key and chain customers, negotiates agreements, meets territory goals, and collaborates with internal teams. The role requires frequent regional travel, mobile technology use, strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through. Convenience store, foodservice, DSD, or advanced merchandising sales experience is preferred.

Administers employee leaves of absence and workers’ compensation claims, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Maintains confidential LOA and WC records, explains complex leave situations, supports employees through claims, and addresses policy and benefits questions. Requires strong knowledge of employment law, Washington State leave regulations, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, documentation, communication, and confidentiality.
