Guides elders and caregivers through the Elder Service Plan enrollment process, manages enrollment assessments and documentation, meets monthly enrollment goals, coordinates with internal teams, and conducts community outreach to generate referrals. Develops enrollment strategies, researches target markets, supports MassHealth enrollment, maintains CRM records, and participates in presentations and community events.

Lead finance for the Elder Service Plan PACE program: manage a small finance team, ensure accurate revenue reimbursements, oversee Medicare RAPS/PDE and Part D processes, drive annual budgeting, analyze budget-to-actuals and utilization, manage Medicaid cost reporting and vendor/contracts, and ensure federal/state regulatory and financial reporting compliance.

Perform full-cycle HR generalist duties for designated locations: onboarding, employee relations and investigations, performance management, accommodations, HRIS recordkeeping, compliance, policy development, orientations, and audit preparation.
