Guides elders and caregivers through the Elder Service Plan enrollment process, manages enrollment assessments and documentation, meets monthly enrollment goals, coordinates with internal teams, and conducts community outreach to generate referrals. Develops enrollment strategies, researches target markets, supports MassHealth enrollment, maintains CRM records, and participates in presentations and community events.

Reconciles electronic practice management system payments with bank records, prepares cash summaries and deposit documentation, posts self-pay and insurance payments, reconciles Medicaid payments, supports reporting and audits, and assists with payment batches, collections liaison duties, and revenue cycle team coverage.

The Staff Physician provides routine health care, manages chronic conditions, and addresses acute illnesses for patients while supervising other practitioners and updating medical records.
