Greet and screen visitors and calls; manage visitor sign-in and badges; sort and distribute mail; maintain reception area and logs; assist scheduling, postage and mailings; support senior leaders and back up other reception tasks while following safety protocols and providing professional customer service.

Lead cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives to improve performance, access, quality, and financial sustainability across health centers. Drive performance measurement, project management, process improvements, data-driven analyses, and executive/board reporting. Partner with clinical, finance, and operations leaders, manage high-priority projects, and support change management to translate strategy into execution.

The Staff Physician provides routine health care, manages chronic conditions, and addresses acute illnesses for patients while supervising other practitioners and updating medical records.
