Manage steel fabrication and construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities include contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor and vendor coordination, cost tracking, invoicing, document control, quality and delivery oversight, client communication, internal kickoff meetings, and project status reporting. The role supports profitability and customer satisfaction while coordinating with accounting and company leadership. Occasional travel to company fabrication shops is required.

Manage recruiting, payroll (Paycom), benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance for corporate and multiple fabrication shops. Support managers on performance, training, onboarding, terminations, workers' compensation, and HR recordkeeping while ensuring legal and policy compliance.

Operate and set up CNC tube bending equipment to fabricate tubing per engineering drawings; load programs, prepare materials, inspect parts, troubleshoot defects, and track work using Tekla EPM while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Lead and manage steel fabrication construction projects from turnover through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors/subcontractors, quality, reporting, and client communication. Mentor PM team, ensure project profitability, maintain project documentation, and manage change orders and invoicing.

Lead and manage construction project delivery and the PM team to meet schedule, budget, contract, and profitability targets. Oversee pre-construction, vendor/subcontractor management, project execution, cost reporting, client communication, and project close-out. Coach PM staff and ensure regulatory, contractual, and accounting compliance.
