Lead and manage steel fabrication construction projects from turnover through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, vendors/subcontractors, quality, reporting, and client communication. Mentor PM team, ensure project profitability, maintain project documentation, and manage change orders and invoicing.

Lead and manage construction project delivery and the PM team to meet schedule, budget, contract, and profitability targets. Oversee pre-construction, vendor/subcontractor management, project execution, cost reporting, client communication, and project close-out. Coach PM staff and ensure regulatory, contractual, and accounting compliance.

Assemble and fit steel components to blueprints, weld and align parts, move and position materials with hoists/cranes, perform quality checks, enforce safety, train junior fitters, and support production flow.
