Own Harbor’s market presence and growth strategy for AI agent insurance. Responsibilities include developing the company narrative, publishing research, building agent-platform partnerships, designing enterprise demand programs, creating market education materials, supporting launches and positioning, and measuring growth experiments. The role partners closely with founders, Underwriting, and Engineering and is hybrid in San Francisco.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Harbor’s AI risk and insurance platform, targeting banks, insurers, and other regulated organizations across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, pilots, security and procurement, contracting, expansion, executive selling, and developing the company’s sales playbook. The role partners with engineering, underwriting, and founders in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Underwrite AI agent risks for regulated customers, evaluating technical and operational exposure, setting appetite, limits, retentions, and pricing. Build underwriting frameworks, develop policy wordings and programs with carriers and reinsurers, collaborate with Engineering on risk measurement, and incorporate claims and incidents into future underwriting decisions.
