Implement, configure, and support Salesforce and legal technology solutions for clients. Engage stakeholders to understand business processes, recommend configurations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with technical teams, and support onboarding and implementation lifecycles. Serve as a liaison between customers, product, and engineering while creating documentation and training materials. Contribute to process optimization, continuous improvement, and high-quality customer outcomes.

Supports the full procurement and contracting lifecycle, from intake and triage through negotiation and execution. Reviews and redlines commercial agreements, applies contract playbooks, identifies risks, communicates with clients, vendors, legal teams, and procurement stakeholders, and maintains accurate records. The role also manages request pipelines, facilitates negotiations, supports vendor governance, prepares reports and meeting materials, and ensures agreements comply with firm policies.

Supports Salesforce and go-to-market systems by maintaining data quality, preparing imports, assisting users, developing reports and dashboards, documenting requirements, testing enhancements, and providing training. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting, adoption, process efficiency, and system usability across revenue operations.
