Lead CLM and contracting AI technology assessments, system selection, implementation, data migration, integrations, change management, and client-facing project delivery. Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, testing, training, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and practice growth.

Develops, tests, maintains, and supports complex 3E legal technology applications and client customizations. Responsibilities include software design, coding, integrations, documentation, code reviews, agile ceremonies, release management, QA support, troubleshooting client acceptance issues, Jira updates, client communication, and software installations and upgrades. The role collaborates with developers, testers, and clients across time zones while maintaining domain knowledge and delivering continual improvements.

This role involves delivering high quality legal research services and coordinating with the Research & Information Services team to support client engagements.
