Lead complex consulting workstreams for regulated professional services clients, from discovery through implementation and adoption. Advise stakeholders on regulatory risk, process transformation, technology implementation, data strategy, and operational improvement. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration planning, stakeholder facilitation, risk management, executive presentations, and client relationship management. The role also contributes to consulting methodologies, sales scoping, quality standards, and mentoring junior consultants.

Supports development, customization, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Elite 3E and related financial and legal technology solutions. Writes and troubleshoots code, works with APIs and data exchange technologies, assists with workflows and automation, participates in requirements gathering, documentation, code reviews, quality assurance, and client projects. Collaborates with senior developers and stakeholders while building software development and consulting expertise.

Coordinates global Talent Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee data management, payroll support, HR documentation, inbox support, compliance, health and safety, and process improvements. The role supports employees across Canada and international regions, maintains accurate HR records, coordinates office onboarding logistics, reconciles benefits invoices, and helps ensure consistent employee experiences and compliant HR processes.
