Owns the full lifecycle design of low-voltage automotive subsystems and components, including architecture, requirements, supplier sourcing, development, validation, production launch, and sustaining engineering. Coordinates with electrical, software, mechanical, supply chain, quality, and program teams. Responsibilities include RFQs, supplier assessment, CAD and PLM documentation, DVPs, PPAP, SOP support, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering change management.

Own the lifecycle engineering of low-voltage automotive components, from requirements, prototyping, sourcing, design validation, and supplier coordination through production launch and sustaining engineering. Maintain PLM documentation, support PPAP and SOP activities, manage ECOs, track schedules, and lead root-cause investigations. Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, supply chain, supplier quality, and program management teams to deliver reliable EV components.

Develop, validate, and debug model-based supervisory control algorithms for medium-duty electric and hybrid vehicles. Build MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow models; write requirements; execute MIL testing; automate CI pipelines; generate and review C code; implement diagnostics; calibrate and debug controls using CAN and Vector tools; and perform root-cause analysis from bench, vehicle, and fleet data. Collaborate with systems, embedded software, calibration, and test teams, including hands-on vehicle testing and occasional travel.
