Drive sales of roof and floor trusses and engineered wood products to contractors, builders, developers, and lumber distributors. Identify and close new business, expand accounts, consult at job sites, coordinate with design and estimating teams, manage bids and proposals, negotiate terms, and resolve delivery or field issues. The role requires structural framing knowledge, blueprint reading, local travel, and relationship management.

Design and produce truss and I-joist engineered wood product (EWP) designs, prepare layouts and shop drawings, run computer-based design/costing tasks, assist sales with account development and customer service, perform occasional site visits, and follow safety and company policies.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and developers to grow territory sales of lumber and building materials. Identify new business, prepare quotes and presentations, coordinate with inside sales and logistics, use CRM to track activities, and meet sales targets while staying current on industry trends.
