Provides first- and second-level IT support across multiple company locations. Installs, configures, maintains, and repairs hardware, software, network equipment, mobile devices, point-of-sale systems, and security infrastructure. Manages user accounts, access, patches, backups, security alerts, and MFA. Documents and resolves tickets, trains employees, coordinates with vendors, supports technology projects, and participates in an on-call rotation. Regular travel between locations and occasional physical equipment installation are required.

Drive sales of roof and floor trusses and engineered wood products to contractors, builders, developers, and lumber distributors. Identify and close new business, expand accounts, consult at job sites, coordinate with design and estimating teams, manage bids and proposals, negotiate terms, and resolve delivery or field issues. The role requires structural framing knowledge, blueprint reading, local travel, and relationship management.

Design and produce truss and I-joist engineered wood product (EWP) designs, prepare layouts and shop drawings, run computer-based design/costing tasks, assist sales with account development and customer service, perform occasional site visits, and follow safety and company policies.
