Manage mid-market and enterprise retail accounts as the primary customer contact. Build relationships, drive product adoption, support retention and renewals, identify growth opportunities, lead business reviews, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of operational and product issues. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer ownership, and experience with CRM systems and productivity tools.

Lead and grow a five-person Platform & Data engineering team, partnering with a systems architect to set technical direction, own the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and deliver shared services, data workflows, internal tooling, and AI infrastructure. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance management, stakeholder alignment, delivery oversight, and raising engineering standards across testing, observability, incident response, and AI-assisted development.

Manage an engineering team of 6–8 direct reports while improving productivity, agile processes, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and career development. Participate in architecture and technical design reviews, enforce coding standards through reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable software systems.

Lead end-to-end UX design and research for shopper, retail partner, and warehouse returns products. Conduct usability testing, interviews, and discovery research; synthesize findings into product recommendations; create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs; collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and leadership; and help standardize design systems and research methodologies.
