Owns operational strategy, verification and application-to-funding processes, collections effectiveness, customer experience, vendor relationships, compliance, risk controls, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements. Builds and develops operational teams while collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to scale efficient, secure lending operations.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing credit union relationships across a designated territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing B2B financial deals, growing existing accounts, meeting sales targets, presenting lending solutions, developing go-to-market strategies, supporting product launches, managing customer engagement, and optimizing credit union programs. The role requires approximately 25% travel for partner meetings, conferences, and events.

Build, deploy, and own scalable consumer applications and services for a digital lending platform, with a focus on React frontend development. Responsibilities include designing features, automated testing, full software development lifecycle participation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, system scalability and reliability, technical debt reduction, mentoring frontend engineers, and using AI-driven coding agents and agentic workflows.
