Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system, partner with product and engineering from problem definition through launch, ensure implementation quality, and iterate using data and customer feedback to drive measurable outcomes.

Lead credentialing and payor operations to secure national in-network agreements, manage a Credentialing Specialist, oversee CAQH/PECOS/NPPES processes, resolve enrollment-related claim denials, coordinate contract loading and operational rollouts, track credentialing KPIs and revenue at risk, and partner cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, RCM, Legal, and Finance.

Provide remote, evidence-based sleep medicine care including comprehensive evaluations, individualized multi-modal treatment plans, longitudinal data monitoring, patient education, and participation in case conferences and quality improvement using integrated EHR and remote monitoring tools.
