Manages full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate engagement. Builds talent pipelines, conducts compensation and labor-market research, represents the company at recruiting events, manages job postings, tracks recruiting metrics, improves processes, and ensures employment-law compliance. The role is fully onsite in a shipyard environment and requires independent management of multiple requisitions.

Leads HR operations, employee and labor relations, compliance, talent management, succession planning, performance management, investigations, training, workforce analytics, and HR budgeting. Partners with senior leadership to strengthen organizational culture, engagement, retention, and HR programs. Supervises HR staff and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies in an on-site, safety-sensitive industrial environment.

Summer business interns support real projects and daily operations across departments such as accounting, finance, communications, human resources, legal, logistics, supply chain, and talent acquisition. Interns collaborate with professionals, develop workplace skills, participate in networking and learning activities, and gain exposure to shipbuilding business functions. Assignments vary by department and require full-time availability in an active industrial environment.
