Conduct market, competitor, financial and scenario analyses, identify M&A and partnership opportunities, develop growth recommendations, and present strategic plans to executives while partnering cross-functionally to implement initiatives.

Support development, evaluation, and execution of financing solutions for energy projects. Build and maintain project finance models, analyze returns and capital structures, assist in debt, tax equity, and strategic financings, coordinate due diligence, manage transaction workstreams, and prepare executive and investment committee materials while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of project and corporate financings for renewables, storage, power, and data center projects. Develop financing strategy, build and oversee advanced financial models, negotiate with lenders and investors, coordinate cross-functional teams, present recommendations to leadership, and mentor finance professionals. Monitor capital markets and maintain investor relationships to optimize capital structures and close transactions.
