Leads Hanwha Defense USA’s production procurement and supply chain organization supporting shipbuilding programs. Establishes sourcing strategy, develops domestic and international suppliers, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance and risk, oversees material planning and logistics, and ensures compliance with defense procurement, import/export, hazardous goods, and domestic sourcing requirements. Builds and mentors procurement teams, manages capital project procurement, drives cost reduction and continuous improvement, and coordinates with production, engineering, quality, compliance, security, and finance teams.

Develop and execute federal government relations strategy focused on defense procurement opportunities. Lead engagement with Congress, defense committees, federal agencies, and acquisition policy bodies. Monitor defense budgets and policy changes, advise executives, manage external consultants, and coordinate government relations with business development and communications teams. Translate technical capabilities into policy and value propositions for senior government stakeholders.

Leads the full contract lifecycle for munitions and energetics programs, including government and commercial negotiations, production awards, subcontracts, OTAs, compliance, audits, sourcing, export controls, FOCI mitigation, cybersecurity requirements, and contract closeout. Advises Army contracting activities and program leadership while supervising the munitions contracts team and supporting domestic and international program needs.
