Supervise manufacturing personnel and departmental operations while ensuring safety, quality, environmental, and production standards. Monitor processes, manage scrap and corrective actions, support continuous improvement, maintain equipment and process knowledge, meet departmental metrics, and coordinate scheduling and project activities. The role requires manufacturing and supervisory experience, with aerospace experience preferred, plus knowledge of FANUC and Okuma controls, G-code, blueprints, and engineering instructions.

Manages dimensional measurement systems, calibration, gauge and fixture control, inspection methods, and measurement procedures. Supports inspectors and engineering teams with equipment selection, GD&T interpretation, fixture qualification, and complex tolerance evaluation. Investigates measurement-related nonconformances, calibration failures, and root causes while recommending corrective actions and containment. Provides technical training and maintains accurate calibration and inspection documentation.

Leads a cross-functional aerospace manufacturing value stream, overseeing production schedules, resource planning, supplier performance, customer relationships, safety, quality, Lean initiatives, process improvement, and financial and operational KPIs. Supervises production employees, manages performance and development, ensures compliance, resolves delivery issues, and escalates risks to senior leadership.
