Lead procurement, delivery assurance, and supplier quality across a global aerospace supply base. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, improve on-time delivery, manage supplier audits and corrective actions, and ensure AS9100 and customer compliance. Lead cross-functional teams, supplier performance initiatives, continuous improvement events, and supply chain systems development while reducing costs and lead times. The role also oversees supplier risk, capacity planning, quality performance, and strategic supply chain execution.

Designs manufacturing tooling and equipment using NX CAD for aerospace and defense customers. Creates dies, gages, composite molds, fixtures, machines, and tooling for machining, assembly, transport, and surface-treatment applications. Collaborates with manufacturing engineers, supervisors, estimators, and shop personnel to meet customer requirements and applicable military and commercial design standards.

Leads the supplier quality program for aerospace manufacturing suppliers. Responsibilities include managing PPAP, FAI, and KPC execution; analyzing supplier performance; conducting audits and capability assessments; maintaining supplier quality records and corrective action databases; developing supplier metrics, policies, and procedures; supporting supplier selection; and driving root-cause corrective actions and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with procurement, sourcing, engineering, suppliers, and customers, with travel up to 30% for supplier visits and audits.
