Manage engineering and infrastructure proposal development from kickoff through submission, including schedules, team coordination, written and visual content, branding, reviews, presentations, opportunity pipelines, prequalification tracking, and post-proposal analysis. The role also supports pursuit strategy and business development while maintaining proposal databases and market-specific content.

Provides administrative support to managers, project teams, leadership, employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, office operations, documents, records, invoices, supplies, vendors, onboarding, events, and facility requests. The role also handles communications, filing, customer service, and project documentation while maintaining confidentiality and supporting an efficient workplace.

Leads quality assurance, technical oversight, and business development for traffic engineering projects. Reviews traffic models, intersection and interchange studies, reports, signal and ITS designs, and engineering analyses. Advises clients, mentors staff, supports proposals, and helps develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Requires extensive traffic engineering experience, Illinois PE licensure, and expertise with traffic modeling and applicable transportation standards. Occasional travel is required.
