Leads infrastructure business development across Indiana’s transportation and municipal markets while providing senior civil engineering and project leadership. Builds relationships with INDOT, municipalities, counties, MPOs, utilities, and other partners; identifies opportunities; leads pursuits, proposals, interviews, and pricing strategies. Oversees roadway, stormwater, utility, and site improvement projects, supports design delivery, manages technical risks, forecasts revenue, and mentors staff.

Lead high-voltage substation design for utility, municipal, and industrial power delivery projects from 69kV to 500kV. Develop layouts, grounding, protection, control, AC/DC systems, calculations, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, review technical deliverables, support project estimating and scheduling, mentor junior staff, and provide construction and field support through submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and field observations.

Design electrical systems for airport, commercial, governmental, industrial, and other facilities. Responsibilities include power distribution, lighting and controls, grounding, medium-voltage systems, generators, emergency transfer switches, renewable energy, fire alarms, communications, multimedia, access controls, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems. The role includes preparing construction drawings and specifications, reviewing submittals, supporting construction administration, observing field conditions, coordinating with contractors, leading tasks, and periodically traveling out of state.
