Manages grocery store front-end operations, including customer service, checkout accuracy, cash handling, register audits, deposits, lottery inventory, scheduling coverage, complaint resolution, and associate training. Provide excellent customer service in the Wine & Spirits department: assist customers, stock, rotate and face products, run demonstrations, interact with vendors, create displays, unload deliveries, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help train new associates. Role requires frequent physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
