Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing across substance-use treatment facilities, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, budgets, quality assurance, policy development, interdisciplinary coordination, risk management, and participation in on-call rotation and treatment teams.

Develop and facilitate wellness, fitness, mindfulness, recreational, and educational programming for clients in a substance use and mental health treatment facility. Collaborate with clinical and support teams, encourage participation, support individualized wellness and recovery goals, document engagement, monitor safety, maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality, coordinate schedules and instructors, and promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
